The Cosmic Painting crew were painting my neighbor's house, and I approached them, as I needed a hard to access chimney cap painted asap to please my HOA (a small but timely job that I had been having trouble sorting out). They quoted me a great rate, and, as soon as they wrapped the job over at my neighbor's house, they came over and took care of the cap.
